On-site steam generation

The mobile steam generators can be deployed on site directly where the steam is needed. These standalone units get by without a complex network of steam pipes, they minimize heat loss and increase the reliability of steam-operated processes.

Climate-neutral steam generation

Green steam is produced by electric generators powered by green electricity. Using off-grid renewable energy to power your steam generators is the perfect way to save money.

Ready-to-use units

Electric steam generators dispense with the need for special structural arrangements like flues, which are imperative for the operation of conventional oil- or gas-powered steam generators. Another advantage is that electric steam generators require very little installation work, which makes them perfect ready-to-use units.

Flexible on-site steam generation

Power ratings of up to 300 kW are possible for the industrial-grade electric steam generators. The units consist of a boiler housing, control valves and a control module integrated into one enclosure. The hot steam, reaching temperatures of up to 184 °C, is available within a very short time. The units can deliver steam to meet varying heat or steam requirements. They can be custom made to meet application-specific requirements by selecting options, such as a mobile base, containerized boiler room, blowdown vessel or feedwater system.

The compact steam generators come in an enclosure made of industrial-grade stainless steel. They are well-suited for continuous operation in challenging environments.

The optional mobile base turns the electric steam generators into flexible units to be used where they are needed. The heating power of the steam generators also makes them suitable for continuous operation in small-scale boiler installations.

The electric steam generators can be deployed in a wide variety of applications. Originally designed for heating service in pilot or laboratory facilities and test benches, the field of application within industry is expanding and the number of design variations is growing continually.

Installation and start-up

For optimal operation, it is important that all components within a modular system are configured, wired and mounted correctly. We provide checklists to support you during installation and start-up. Alternatively, you can entrust us with all the start-up activities, including function testing of the entire system.
Maintenance and servicing

SAMSON provides you with extensive documentation for maintenance, troubleshooting and proof testing. Our global network of over 200 representatives provides hands-on assistance on site. No matter where you are located, you can rely on our experts to support you during maintenance and service work. They are also at hand to help you modify or upgrade your plant.
